The Personal Cannon is a legendary 1-handed ranged weapon acquired primarily by researching a Witchhunter Handgonne until it transforms. It is also craftable by using the Illegal Gun Parts obtained from researching a Witchhunter Handgonne, allowing you to not solely rely on random chance for a transform.
